The Pro Plan monthly subscription fee is $19.00. We will charge your linked checking account 30 days after you subscribe for the Pro Plan. Subscription fee will repeat every 30 days. If your Spark Pay account drops below $0, we will initiate a debit from your linked bank account to return your Spark Pay account balance to $0. A Spark Pay merchant account can have a negative balance due to charge back (and associated fees) or the debit of the Pro Plan monthly subscription fee. Your first card reader is at no cost to you. There is no minimum number of transactions requirement to use the Spark Pay service. Maximum merchant transaction limits are based on your business profile; should you want to raise your Spark Pay maximum transaction limits, please refer to the FAQ page on www.SparkPay.com. To qualify for the $50 account opening bonus, you must open a Spark Pay account and process a minimum of $5,000 in transactions within the first 3 billing cycles of your account. Billing cycle will begin on the date of account opening. If you are eligible, we will credit the checking account you have linked to your Spark Pay services within 2-4 weeks after the transaction minimum has been met.

You can access the Spark Pay Online Store after you have created a store administrative account during the sign up process. 30 minute phone training offer applies to customers who migrate from BigCommerce and sign up for any of our Online store ecommerce plan levels. Offer expires 60 days from plan signup. Customer is required to notify the sales department to receive the offer. Sales department will send a training questionnaire, which will be filled out and sent in before training can be scheduled with the support team. Customer will choose 2 basic training topics (out of 25 available topics) or 1 advanced training topic (out of 10 available topics).
